2024 Turkey Trot Student Registration

Our third annual Turkey Trot event is the largest fundraiser for the PES Education Foundation. This event allows the Foundation to fund Initiatives requested by the school, such as the Shade Structure which was recently installed, among other items which were funded in 2023-2024.

The Turkey Trot is a fun-run which helps all students to build confidence and develop healthy habits like exercise. Our PE Teacher, Mr. Nunez, starts training the students about a month before the race, increasing the length of time they can run, appropriate to the age of the students. 

Additionally, our Art Teacher, Ms. Tremblay, will work with students to develop the design for the Turkey Trot shirt, which will be decided by mid-October. Then every student will get the chance to wear that special commemorative shirt on race day.

Mark your calendar so you can come cheer on your student(s) on November 8th after lunch. This year, we will reward the classroom which raises the most each week as well as reward all students in the school when we achieve key milestones. View the video above for all the details.
